Eight certification tracks
Three in the method — Practitioner, Lead and Architect — and five technical: AI-Native Delivery, AI Engineering, Agentic Systems Engineering, Web3 and Smart Contract Security, and Mobile Delivery. Each is assessed on a submitted body of work from your own environment.
Taught against your backlog
Cohorts work their own value stream, their own dependency map and their own flow data. Nobody leaves with a case study about a fictional company.
Assessment that means something
A portfolio and an oral defence, reviewed by a practising consultant. Certification can be withheld, and sometimes is. That is what makes it worth holding.
